Aim:
For participants to have the opportunity to understand what lessons have been identified in both national and local serious case reviews.
Learning Outcomes:
- Have a greater understanding of some of the issues raised in both national and local serious case reviews.
- Have learnt from these cases and thought about how to transfer these lessons into your everyday practice.
- Have learnt about changes to local polices and practice as a result of serious case reviews.
