Aim

To provide knowledge and skills in preparing for and attending court proceedings and giving evidence at court.

Outcomes

By the end of the course participants will:

• Understand different roles at court
• Have guidance on giving evidence at court
• Understand how courts make decisions
• Understand court proceedings and hearings
• Have learnt what is appropriate within a court setting

Staff from any agency or service who may be required to prepare statements or reports for use at court; or give evidence during child care proceedings.
